Make no mistake. Easter is about chocolate. Any six-year-old will tell you: it’s entirely about some cotton-tailed rabbit with a basketful of goodies that comes around when everyone’s asleep, enters each home, and hides foil-covered chocolate eggs.  And maybe the odd chocolate bunny or rooster.Â
