| Quinta de Azevedo, Vinho Verde 2003 Sogrape, Portugal, Vinho Verde Carolyn Evans-Hammond says Vinho verde is a classic summer wine in Portugal because it`s so refreshing and Sogrape makes an excellent one. This wine is a good affordable summer aperitif if you like a tart, zesty style of wine that`s not overly fruity. Think restrained flavours of green apple, lemon and a hint of herbaceousness.
